This delightful mother of two presented with complaints of large, heavy breasts, breast sagging after pregnancy, loose abdominal skin, stretch marks, and excess fat deposits in the lower trunk. She requested a mommy makeover to rejuvenate her breast and abdominal appearance. She also desired a significant decrease in her breast size (preop 36 DDD cup) to improve shoulder, neck and back pain symptoms. Procedures performed at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital included reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction), VASER liposuction of the hips and flanks, and a tummy tuck in one surgery. Her tummy tuck was performed using a lipoabdominoplasty technique to help address upper abdominal excess fat. VASERlipo also helped to enhance skin tightening and sculpting of the abdomen, hips and flanks. The breast reduction was performed with an anchor-type scar pattern. Breast tissue weights removed were 636 grams on the left and 574 grams on the right, correcting her baseline breast asymmetry. The patient was extremely pleased with her outcome and she expressed improved self-confidence.
