A Cup to C Cup Breast Augmentation in The Woodlands, TX

This young woman came to Albright Plastic Surgery seeking surgical breast enhancement with bilateral augmentation mammoplasty (BAM). She was unhappy with her breast size (full A to small B cup) and she wanted to increase her breast size to a full C cup bra. Her goal was to have fuller breasts that still looked natural for her lean body frame and would hold up well over time. After reviewing her options, the patient chose smooth round cohesive silicone gel breast implants. Using a small hidden inframammary incision, 255 cc Allergan Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch moderate profile implants were placed using a dual plane technique beneath the pectoralis muscle. The patient recovered well after her outpatient surgery and was able to return to work within days after surgery. She was happy with her full C cup size, excellent breast symmetry, and hidden scars. Breast augmentation with this conservative breast implant volume and submuscular implant positioning will increase the longevity of her breast enhancement.
